Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free in UK Mainland for all orders over £99.
Shooting Sports UK standard delivery charge is based on a flat rate of £4.99 so you'll pay the same low price for delivery on all items. The correct delivery charge will show in your basket prior to purchase so you are fully informed before you order.
We always aim to dispatch the same day and get your goods delivered to you within a period of 2-3 working days from time of order. Some products may have a specific delivery requirements which may mean that our standard delivery times may have to be extended. However, we always advise our customers should this situation occur.
For small items, we use Royal mail, if you are out or miss your delivery your goods will be taken back to the relevant (Local) Royal Mail Sorting Office and a ‘missed delivery card’ will be put through your letter box with contact details to enable you to arrange to have your goods re-delivered or to arrange to collect the parcel yourself.
For larger items we use a national courier network and you will be advised of a consignment note number shortly after your goods have left us so you can track the delivery of your items 'on-line' with our specified courier.
You can of course call or email us should you have any issues with the delivery of your order and we will do our upmost to help you.
If you would like to exchange your on-line order we will gladly despatch your new order for you free of delivery charges (subject to specific product & delivery requirements), but we do ask that you return your unwanted items to us first at your own expense. Any items that you return are your responsibility until they have been officially received at our warehouse.
Cancelling your order
If you want to cancel your order, you have 14 working days from receiving your on-line order. All unwanted items should be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice (proof of purchase) and a brief explanation for the reason of return. The items (in the case of unwanted items) should be re-packaged to a satisfactory enough standard to protect the original product packaging and returned back to us in a condition suitable for re-sale. We will only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
We quality check all our products before they leave our warehouse but if for whatever reason a product is faulty please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com briefly explaining the fault and whether you want us to replace or refund your order. We will ask you to return the item (where applicable) to us using proof of postage. Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will check the product and if deemed to be faulty, a full refund including all delivery charges incurred will be issued.
Refunds will be credited to the customer promptly by the same means of the customers payment. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of supplying the incorrect product or the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. To return your goods you must contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns form.
If goods returned are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request. If you provided your email address at time of ordering, you will be sent an email to notify your of receipt of your returned goods.
*Important notice, we always require a copy of your original sales invoice along with your completed returns form accompanying your returned goods. Failure to follow this procedure may result in a delay or refusal of your refund or exchange.
